Guided lab and open play space

It is an invitation to embody specific qualities through dynamics of self-observation and to listen to the reflections of the others. These qualities will appear right there, in the space of listening: what is it that wants to be manifested? what do I want to manifest...??empowerment, tenderness, creativity, serenity, wildness...?

It will be approximately 2 hours of a series of interactive exercises that will be followed by 4 hours of free play. During the Lab, I will use a diversity of approaches, for example: creative visualization, automatic writing, body expression... A ping pong of different dynamics that will lead us to put focus on specific qualities and perspectives that we will incorporate later, into the play scenes during the free flow. New perspectives will emerge from "the individual” and also from the collective. It will be a playful flow where we will develop a unique character on an internal level and at some point, manifest it by creating together our "outfits", that we will wear for the play space. 

This is not a workshop for beginners, we will probably touch on vulnerabilities and the experience of being exposed. A good knowledge of practices of consent and behaviour in sex positive spaces is required.

REMEMBER to bring a towel. You are welcome to bring toys and other equipment if you like.

For the lab part, you can dress casual, something that makes you feel comfortable. 

You are invited to bring an specific outfit that you "might" want to wear for the open space, 

and ALSO extra clothing/accessories for exchange with other participants.
