We will meet each other quite directly, with and without clothes, through the frame of a fight. Together we will create a held container for a real but delicate physical confrontation, a space to experiment in asserting boundaries, enjoying power, taste helplessness and relish in submission. Exploring and amplifying, if we wish, the eroticism that arise from all of these scenarios and the absence or presence of clothing.

We will start the day with a somatic application of martial art technique (Feldenkrais inspired), to slow down, ground in the body and get a more precise understanding of what we are doing. After coming into contact and connecting a bit in this reltivaly functional space, things will start to get kinky. Nudity (partial and full) will be introduced, alongside games that stretch and highlight certain elements of the power dynamic. We will also play with non symmetrical clothing situation, where one person is (partly) nude while the other one is fully clothed.

You decide where you want to go, how much (if any) cloth to keep/take off, and you always have the authority to stop an exercise or a game. I will offer some tools throughout the day, to support you in recognizing your needs and express them. No movement experience is required, only a willingness to work slowly and an interest in exploring details and nuances

Noam Raz 

is a workshop facilitator, therapist, Feldenkrais Practitioner and Family Constellation guide. His work is driven by sensitivity and is an attempt to create experiential spaces for people to develop autonomy and trust in their own bodies and internal processes. Throughout the years, he trained and explored a variety of physical and embodiment practices which inform and enrich his work: Dance, Taiji, Somatics, Kink, Voicework and Meditation. Coming originally from the realm of Philosophy (Wittgenstein!) and Linguistics, attention to language and its workings is somehow always in the background.
