Pressure Pleasure 5 

The 5th and last workshop of the Pressure Pleasure Series with Lu takes a new approach to pressure in the pelvis: The wholesome feeling of pressure from within when something as big as a hand fills your pelvic cavity. A fisting triggers many pressure points in the inner pelvis all at once and creates a holistic, all-encompassing experience: the fulfilling sensation of feeling filled out. 

This is a practical workshop that will be highly conceptual. 

Nobody is expected to receive a whole hand inside during the three hours of this workshop. We will experiment with preparatory steps, techniques, positions etc., and will celebrate the process with no ego. Yes, embracing another person’s hand with one’s vagina is the ultimate idea of a fisting. But whether you reach this during the workshop or in a rather distant future, if at all, does not matter. 

Midwife and bodyworker Lu will provide a safe space for us to experiment and play with fingering, manual stimulation, deep tissue massage and fisting. No matter how deep a hand gets inside, the setting alone will offer a profound experience. 

This workshop is for pussy owners. We will have two rounds of practice: One where you receive a hand, one where you offer yours. 

You can join on your own or with a fixed partner. If you sign up with a partner, the recommendation would be to ask another pussy owner to align with the receiving and giving logic. 

For this workshop, however, you can also bring a friend, lover etc. with a penis. If you do, please be aware that your second round will likely be different: Either you receive two rounds and get more time to experiment with the fisting, or you drop out of the second round. 

Important notice: People with a penis cannot register for this workshop on their own. 

The fisting workshop is suitable for any day in the menstrual cycle. The type of touch we use can even relax your pelvic tissue during those days of greater tension. 

We’ll have soft-tampons for you in case you’re bleeding and prefer to use a product that does not hinder the fisting. 

The workshop will be held in German or English, or with whisper translation, depending on the group’s needs.

- lube (if you have any specific product you prefer)

Gloves and hygiene supplies will be provided, as well as water-based and some silicone-based lube. You can bring your own material if you have favourite products.

Workshop prices take the gender pay gap into account. Please support, if you can, to make the workshops sustainable in the long run.

Lu (prouns lu, lu's/ any pronoun) is a midwife and sexological bodyworker, working entirely with women and other people with a female* biology.

Please be aware that Lu's own genital configuration is with a penis. This is surely a unique feature of Lu's professional life considering lu's focus on the female* sphere of life. It can enrich the workshops and sessions as Lu will always be extra careful to establish trust and confidence in any situation. Lu is not going to touch unless specifically asked to do so.
