mindFULL

w/ Anna Lysee

Once a month on Thursday//

8pm to 11pm// exact dates see below...

mindFULL - an evening of learning and sharing, of encountering and understanding

Let's take the time to discuss concepts, share insights, reflect on experiences, explore the unknown and connect ideas.

Let's consciously fill our minds with thoughts on topics that are rarely discussed but have an essential impact on our living and growing in sex-positive spaces. Let‘s share our knowledge and assumptions with others, rely on the positive effects of collective sharing and learning, and embrace individual interactions in a collaborative structure.

→ rough general structure of every meeting:

20.00 – 21.30 input regarding today‘s theme// 21.30 – 22.00 break discussion// 22.00 – 23.00 interaction space//

→ schedule/themes:

01.12. trauma-informed play - realised utopia or practised wishful thinking? /
with a particular perspective on event designs / Co-Presenterin: Linda

29.12. trauma-informed play - realised utopia or practised wishful thinking? /
with a particular perspective on session designs / Co-Presenterin: Linda

Today you hear about being trauma-informed in many communities. For
example, yoga courses, tantra retreats as well as sex-positive events
are increasingly labelled with this term, and online you can acquire
being trauma-informed in crash courses in exchange for money. Also in
private play, the topic of trauma and an informed way of dealing with it
is becoming more and more of an important factor. But what does that
actually mean and to what extent is it actually practicable? Which
topics can be dealt with well and individually in play and with which do
we reach our human limits? What possibilities do we see to enhance our
play through knowledge and practical action, where do we locate
self-responsibility and the responsibility of others and to what extent
do we always play with fire in kinky scenes?

26.01. creation of a potential playparty handbook or: how to pull together your gear for your first (and following) play event(s)

23.03 jealousy and other (play) partnership challenges

What actually is jealousy, what drives it and what ways of dealing with it are possible? What triggers jealousy in us and how much (or little) does our partner have to do with it? What is the significance of jealousy in different constellations and how is responsibility perceived in relation to it?
We want to discuss these and other questions with you on this evening. In addition to a theoretical input part, there will also be enough time to share your personal experiences and thoughts - both with jealousy and with other (play) partnership challenges that you are dealing with.
