SELF-DECONSTRUCTION

What, who, and why to deconstruct?

Humans are like a big, complicated puzzle with many, many parts. Most of these parts are shaped by the conditioning we imbibe and acquire throughout our lives from our surroundings through ideas of good and bad, strong and weak, right and wrong, masculine and feminine, acceptable and unacceptable.

We learn to adapt in order to belong, to be loved, to be safe and to be accepted, yet somehow, we are never fully accepted as we are.

And what exactly is safe and safety anyway when I am constructed by external voices and many of my parts are silenced and suppressed? These ideas about who we should be and how our relationships should look like are imposed on us. They come from deep fears and insecurities within, and are passed on through generations.

We don’t learn to listen to or hear our parts that are quietly screaming who we truly are.

We carry so many ambitions, fantasies, desires, and longings. And all of these impact our relationship with the self and others, because we are not giving space to certain parts of ourselves to exist, to play, and to be allowed. Parts such as the inner critic, the inner child, the envious self, the escaping self, the loving self, and many more.

Self-deconstruction is an inner inquiry, a process where we deconstruct who we think we are and consciously reconstruct the many parts within, in alignment with who we choose to be.

This workshop creates a space to meet each part of ourselves with awareness and curiosity and explore how much space we would like to give to each of them. Parts that are waiting to be heard, seen, and felt and parts that are ready to be transformed as they no longer serve us.

I would like to say that it will show us our authentic self but honestly, authentic is also a small word here. It will allow us to embrace the self and simply be. Facing and moving beyond the fears we have been carrying for years.

This workshop will be an exploration through modalities like parts work, shamanic psychodrama and movement metaphors

Who am I deconstructed?

The answer is different for everyone, and this workshop gives you space to find yours.

Fakeera (often called Fafa) is an intuitive guide and conduit, celebrated for her authenticity, fearlessness, and deep vulnerability. She has been working with the emotional body for over 20 years, supporting people in profound self-inquiry, trauma healing, and spiritual exploration, while holding space for them to meet and accept all parts of themselves. She weaves together shamanic psychodrama, movement, art-based interventions, and trauma‑informed practices to support deep inner exploration and transformation.

She is known for creating spaces where people can face what is usually avoided – desires, endings, identity collapse, sexuality, loneliness, vulnerability, uncertainty, rejection, pleasure, needs, longing, and emotional truth – with compassion and deep presence. Fafa believes we are far more than the identities and roles we carry; she invites cuties to discover themselves beyond conditioning, labels and stories.

Fakeera guides individuals, couples, and groups seeking to jump inward to “Self-Deconstruct”.
