On 21 October, author Anastasia Shevchenko brings The Happiness Engine into the world of EURIX for a special reading and conversation exploring desire, intimacy, freedom, identity and the strange machinery of contemporary happiness.

Set against the backdrop of Berlin and its many experiments in how to live, love and belong, The Happiness Engine follows the search for a good life, and what happens when the lives we construct stop giving us the answers we expected.

Together with performer and moderator SPANKY, Anastasia combines selected readings with conversation, a short performance intervention and an exchange with the audience.
